Important Information // Please Read
After 11 long weeks without in-person congregational worship or on-campus ministry, we’re excited to welcome everyone back to campus on May 27 and May 31. As you may have heard on the live stream last evening (May 20), we are preparing for an outdoor service on Wednesday and reopening with two indoor services on Sunday morning. Below please find more information about each as you prepare to join us next week. While the Lord has blessed us with the opportunity to stay connected through technology, I’m eager to see everyone soon.
Outdoor Service on Wednesday, June 3
Attendees will be directed to enter the parking lot near the backfield and continue behind and around the church building. We will park in the front lot facing the building and each family will have 4 parking spaces to sit outside if they want.
*Please note there will NOT be an outdoor service on Wednesday, June 10. Log into YouTube or Facebook to view our teaching lesson.
8:30 AM // Indoor Service on Sunday, June 7
The first service will be held at 8:30 AM in the Worship Center. Masks are REQUIRED and we’ve created spaced seating within our pews. In addition, to guarantee proper spacing and safety precautions, reservations are required for this service.
10:30 AM // Indoor Service on Sunday, June 7
The 10:30 AM service will take place in the Worship Center and we will live stream it as usual. We have reached registration capacity for this service. Please all 502-694-2897, leave a message including name, phone number, and how many seats you would need and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are asking folks to reserve a specific seat for this service. These reservations will allow us to get our attendees from the parking lot to their seats more efficiently and quickly assist those without a reserved seat. Attendees over the age of 2 will be strongly encouraged to wear masks, but they won’t be required. Staff, volunteers, and leadership will wear masks. Clean cloth masks will be provided for those who arrive without one.
Households must sit together, and children must remain with parents at all times as we will not provide childcare for either service.
