Galatians 1:1-5 | For Freedom's Sake, Listen!
Paul, an apostle—not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised him from the dead—and all the brothers who are with me, To the churches of Galatia: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to deliver us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

Everyone want to be free. We want to do what we want to do, say what want to say, and live the way we want to live. But in reality, freedom is not so simple. At times, what feels like freedom is actually a harsher form of slavery. In the impassioned letter we call Galatians, the apostle Paul argues that many were confusing freedom with slavery. In contrast to the world’s misguided paths, there is only one way to be fully Liberated. Join us next week as we begin discovering how salvation by grace through faith in Jesus brings true freedom from the worst slavery.
